Supergroup is hilarious. I don't know whether Sebastian Bach is hamming it up for the show or whether he's just a complete screwball, but it makes for fun tv. Watching him watch himself on Gilmore Girls and shushing others and then laughing insanely by himself is amusing. Or I might just be sleep deprived.

Sleep deprivation is a tempting theory...
I watched one episode and part of another. It's amusing. I think it's funny watching how S. Bach works out, flailing his limbs all over the place.
What I really miss is the VH1 of the late 90's. I think it's gone downhill in the past few years. I point to that show about lip-synching in cars as evidence of the channel's overall decline.
