I have to say, this year's fall fashions are the prettiest I've seen in at least a decade. I love the rich, jewel hues, the patterns, the velvety jackets and wool skirts, the bags. Fashion is fun again!
I third that emotion, fashions are adorable but too untouchable in price. And I hear the price tags are going up even more because of rising fabric costs and the bad euro/dollar exchange rate (thank you, Fall Glamour!). H&M, here we come!
Speaking of H&M, when does the Stella McCartney line debut? And who's on line with me?
Thanks! Got bored and peeked to see the other templates, this looked new. Just pain in the butt with redoing all the links. Ian told me about the my del.icio.us site, where you can bank of your links...we were trying to finda feed (to view links) for this, but no luck, so I input manually.
I love H&M! Even some of the Karl Lagerfeld stuff was pretty, I remember some of the dresses were really nice. I'm glad to see designers are reaching out, some ofh Issac Mizrahi stuff for Target is cute too.
"On November 10, 2005 the highly anticipated Stella McCartney for H&M autumn 2005 collection will hit approximately 400 H&M stores in 22 countries worldwide. The one-time collection will reflect the Stella McCartney signature style combining sharp tailoring and cool femininity."
I could live in H&M, but for me Stella McCartney's stuff is hit and miss. Didn't really like her line for Adiddas.
We had a fashion photo shoot here at work for the last two days. It made me want to cry the way the model looked so good in everything we put her in. And the clothes were nice, the accessories much better. Shoes made me drool.
Stacey, my friend, as one who worked in that industry during her formative years - they're paid to look that good. If you were paid obscene amounts of money to look like that, you would too.
But they can't eat gratuitous amounts of hummus like we can. :-D

I totally agree. Now if I could only afford to buy some of them...
Right! Same here, maybe if we had more money it wouldn't all be so appealing...it's just a mirage! These cool clothes don't really exist!
Love the new look to the blog!
