Something (Else) to be Appalled About
Following the heels of the controversial sculpture hommage to B.S., I stopped in a McDs after school with Amanda the other day, and I noticed a manager sitting down with a girl applying for a job, who had iPod buds hanging from her ears! During the interview!!! As Roe would say, WTF? Didn't someone clue her into interview etiquette?

Good Christ, what is going on? Why do I have to sound like my grandmother and say, "What the hell is the matter with kids today?"
I think I need to lay down. But since I only have a bench, I think I need to go shop or something.

I couldn't believe it, even Amanda was like, "yeah, like she's going to get the job now."
Unfortunately, I think the guy is so hard up for employees because the ones there are zombies, I think he hired her to try out.
If it doesn't work out I know a place where they'll hire anyone...
The sad thing is that I can totally picture the whole scene...

I'd just like to point out how funny it is that Linda called the Britney Spears thing an "hommage to B.S."...pun intended?
